Are You Discreet?
Yes, very discreet. We keep all our customer information confidential, we never sell our customer list. We maintain an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products. You can – at any time – add or delete your name from this list.
How will my order be Packaged?
In a plain box, with Studio A Entertainment as the return address.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped Adult signature required unless otherwise specified.
We use UPS and the US Mail.
International orders and customs charges –
Customs duties, taxes and fees vary from country to country. These charges are not calculated into your total. It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay all applicable duties and fees.
Is it safe to submit my Credit Card Information?
Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit.
What will my Credit Card Statement show?
A charge by “Studio A”.
What is your return policy?
We will replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item, free of charge. All returned packages must be postmarked within 30 days of their initial receipt. Please include a brief description of the problem. If you purchased your DVD from somewhere other than andrewblakestore.com please contact the store where the DVD was originally purchased. Purchases for online viewing are non-refundable.
All returned items (except DVDs) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Intimate apparel will only be accepted for exchange as long as the items are unworn, unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags remain attached to the garments (No exceptions).Please note that all returns are inspected for quality and hygiene standards. The 20% restocking fee will apply.
What if I do not have a credit card?
We accept Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks as well. Please email your request to: email@example.com and we will provide further information.
SHOPPING CART HELP/FAQ
We recently upgraded our shopping cart. The new cart allows our customers to create an account. During the checkout process you will be prompted to setup an account/login. When you setup an account, our system remembers your shipping, and billing address for future reference. Making the checkout process more efficient for you. You will also be able to login and check the status of your order, review past orders, and correspond directly with our studio. Choosing an item
Use the links to maneuver around the website until you find the item you are looking to purchase. Click the ADD TO CART button.
Changing your quantities
Once you have chosen your item(s), you can view them in your shopping cart. You will see all the items you have chosen and the running total charge. If you decide you want a different quantity of an item that is already listed here, you can edit the number by clicking in the field and replacing the current quantity with your desired amount.
Getting additional items (Continue Shopping)
If there is more shopping you want to do, use the top navigation to move around the site.
Changing your shipping
You have the ability to change the method of shipping here as well. Standard Deliver is our default shipping method. If you would like to change your shipping method, simply select another option from the pull down menu.
Changing/Canceling your order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, simply reply to your confirmation email, and or send an email with instructions to: email@example.com. We process orders pretty fast here at Studio A Entertainment, so please send us your changes/questions the same day that your placed your order.
If your billing or shipping address resides in California where Studio A Entertainment resides, you will be charged (9.25%) CA state sales tax.
Shipping vs. Billing Address
Your Billing address is the address that the Credit Card your using for this order is mailed to. The banks systems verify that the zip code matches that of the one that is displayed on your credit card statement. Your shipping address is the address that you would like your order delivered to.
Remember: On ALL credit card orders make sure your billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.
Once your credit card payment is approved, you will see a receipt screen with your order confirmation. You can also login to your account, review your order(s), check status on your order, as well as request assistance.

Is this Secure?
The area where you enter your credit card information uses the banks secure, encrypted server. This is the highest level of internet security. The rest of the site is also on the secure server.
You haven’t filled out the entire address section of the order page. Please go back and make sure every required field of information has been entered into the form.
Shipping by certain methods to certain places may not be available. Please go back and either change the shipping method or the shipping address.
Credit Card Error
While processing your card there was an error. The specific error will be listed. If it says Invalid Card Number, go back and double check that you entered it correctly. Make sure your zip code on your billing address matches the billing address of your credit card statement.
